Bydd Cyfres yr Haf, Sialens y Barcud Coch yn agor gyda Ras yr Hafod ar nos Fercher 6 Mai.

Yn ôl yr arfer, bydd y ras hiroedlog yn arwain rhedwyr ar hyd llwybrau hanesyddol a hyfryd Ystad yr Hafod ger Pontarfynach.

Eleni, bydd holl elw’r ras yn mynd tuag ar Uned Chemotherapi Ysbyty Bronglais, er cof am Liz Hughes oedd mor weithgar gyda’r ras dros y blynyddoedd.

Mae modd cofrestru ar gyfer y ras oedolion, ynghyd a’r rasys ieuenctid, nawr.

The Red Kite Challenge Summer Series opener this year will be Ras yr Hafod, od Wednesday 6 May.

As always, this long standing trail race will lead runners along the historical and wonderful trails of Hafod Estate near Devils Bridge.

This year, all profits from the race will go towards the Bronglais Chemotherapy Unit, in memory of Liz Hughes, whom was such a key member of the race committee over the years.

Online entries are now open for the both the senior race and Junior races.

Ras Hwyrnod Nant yr Arian will be the second race of the series, and held on Wednesday 20 May. Entries are also open now.
